The Position

We’re looking for a heart-centered, team player ready to help support the CEO, Bre. 

Someone great at time management and self motivated, who believes in going further together than alone. An executive assistant who pays attention to detail, is great at problem solving and thinks ahead.  

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work closely to help improve time efficiency for the CEO, Bre. 
  • Willingness to collaborate, problem solve and think ahead.
  • Ability to attend weekly meetings, and always willing to grow. 
  • Preferred, But Not Required: Experience as a personal or executive assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing MomFit's client accounts.
  • Managing Bre's personal email and alleviated tasks.
  • Managing invoicing and payment processing.
  • Willingness to work alongside the CEO and hit key performance targets.
  • Attend weekly team meetings. 
  • Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
