The Position:
We’re looking for a driven, heart-centered Remote Closer to join the MomFit team and help serve women at a high level through genuine connection, leadership, and sales.
This is for someone who is self-motivated, confident on calls, great at building trust, and passionate about helping busy moms create real transformation.
We’re looking for a team player who believes in going further together than alone — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, takes ownership, and is always willing to grow.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently lead sales/strategy calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through.
- Ability to attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training calls.
- Coachable and willing to continuously improve.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Preferred, but not required: experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, fitness, wellness, or customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Zoom sales/strategy calls with qualified leads.
- Help women feel seen, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward their goals.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline organization inside our CRM.
- Work alongside the CEO and sales team to hit key performance targets.
- Attend weekly meetings, trainings, and call reviews.
- Consistently uphold MomFit standards, culture, and KPIs.
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base structure plus commission opportunities, with strong earning potential for the right person. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
